  3. Cannot agree more. The fact that seemingly small errors, omissions, unsafe acts and practices at MRO facility may result in catastrophic accidents many years down the line, (One such example is JAL Flight 123) it is very very important for managers to ingrain safety culture in the functional teams responsible for the conduct of MRO activities. It is also pertinent to mention that over the past 24 years in aviation, I have observed that skill level enhancement can be achieved through training but this action alone cannot guarantee Quality and Safety, regular meaningful interactions are therefore necessary to improve attitude. A combination of skill and positive attitude are required to achieve compliance and continous improvement.
