    1. Very thorough, crisp and action oriented checklist QA function as dictated by ICAO and EASA. Can and must be used as a ready reckoner. It is also pertinent to mention that QA auditing is such a powerful tool that it is required to audit QC function and compliance aspect of SMS of the service provider also.
